Make sure the rubber o-rings are in place and in good condition (see image below). If you need to replace them they are easily found on eBay and elsewhere. Just plug the part number into the eBay search block. Ed

Awesome, thanks for the reply.
Is this a drain screw? If so, should I be able to shut off the gas and remove, replace O ring and reinstall? Will it affect the carbs in any way?
