Jetting RS 34 carbs

Hooked up the 4 gas analyzer last night. Idle was perfect. Off idle to about 1/4 throttle very lean. Everything else looked ok, possibly tad lean on top end. Hard to tell with no load on engine. Going up one size on pilot jet and one size on main... then recheck. Checked the sync. Was off a little bit. Did the steel ball test. Now they all fall
Out the same time.

In the edit box, click behind each attachment line you want to delete, then back-space that line away. Just leave one of them alone, and click submit.

If it wasn't this much fun, I wouldn't do it...as much.
Good luck!

Oh...about how far are the pilot screws turned out?

With the 17.5pilot jet they were out about 3/8 turn. Now with the 20 pilot jet they are happy at just under 1/4 turn. Moved the needle clip on slot rich. Just waiting on large main jets to play with. Gets about 14:1 AFR at 7,000 rpm and higher. So the 120 main is surely too lean.
