Today have I done some work.
First I took picture of all spark plugs, please see picture here:

Then I took of the carbs and adjusted the needle, it was in middle position so I lifted it one step.
Then I re assembled everything and started up the bike, I took the bike on a drive where I have had experienced these problem before, long hills (under water tunnel), where I can drive for a long time stable on 5, 6 and 7k RPM, the test went really well, no time I experienced the problem.
I think the problem is solved now! let`s see over time, but I`m quite confident on it.

So the problem has been that the carbs has not been able to delivery a stable amount of gas because the vacuum was to low?
There it has worked perfect during acceleration and when running on flat road and downwards?

You need to sync the carbs when you disturb the slides.
