- what is for the pulley stop screw ?
- Do you use the pilot screw limiter to work,or do you srew the pilot screw and then unscrew 1.5 turn.

I'll try to answer about the pulley stop screw -
The pulley stop screw is an adjustable screw that allows the throttle pulley to stop all the way closed or slightly open. It should work in conjunction with the carb sync and idle screw because all of it working together will determine your idle speed.
