Mikuni KRS Velocity Stacks was created by daveo
Effect on carburetion and performance when changing stack lengths from shortest to longest?
Would re-jet be needed, or simply adjusting the Pilot Fuel Screws to compensate...if even that?

50mm length hooked-up...30mm and 70mm sitting on the cushion:

Not sure on the jetting but am thinking probably unchanged ..... but I do know the 30s will give you a little more top end and a little less bottom........and the 70s a little more low end and slightly less top. I always thought like you I would do 50s for the best of both worlds.

Probably nipping a little off both ends...

I need to better understand what effect the Pilot Air Jet has on the Pilot Jet, and how the Pilot Fuel Screw adjustment affects that relationship...if only at idle, or throughout the Pilot range.

Basically, I do understand that the larger the Air Jet orifice size, the leaner the resulting fuel mixture becomes...:S
