Keihin cv34 substitute

Does anyone know of a good carb replacement for the cv34? I'm having a hard time finding parts for my carbs on my 82 kz 750LTD. I cant seem to find any diaphragms anywhere, and I'm running a stock airbox now. is it better just to bite the bullet and buy mikuni carbs or can I find something newer to go on my bike?
