No plug in primary jet cv34

Picked up a 83 kz750 ltd shaft, haven't gotten it up and running yet, but while cleaning the carbs niticed that there are no plugs in the float bowl area for the primary jet. I stole a photo from another thread to illustrate what I'm talking about.
My carbs differ slightly, no overflow tube, and only the main jet and primary showing, but is there supposed to be a rubber plug on mine as well, or will the absence of the plug cause issues?

I did not see the polyester cap w o-ring in the carb parts diagram for your bike. 83 750-F1.
Also, there only seems to be a main jet & pilot jet (no secondary main jet).

I should've looked at the diagram, now I feel a little silly.
