I verified that all of the pilot circuits are clear and that when the fuel tank is on and the petcock is set to PRIME that the float bowls fill with fuel.
But how can one verify that the cylinders are getting fuel? Bike won't start. Confirmed spark on all four, fuel in float bowls ... growing pretty frustrated. Spins over like crazy ..

I did the usual thing of pulling plugs and rolling the engine over ... could SEE spark so assuming it's working.
Looked at those new pilots jets. They are even smaller than those on a PW50. Came direct from Kawasaki.

If combustion occurs when using starter fluid but not otherwise, fuel might not be entering the carb bore due to an imperfect pilot circuit.
Here are some techniques to help assure fuel mix is getting from the pilot circuit into the carb bore:

If not, clean carbs as above.
If plugs are wet and sparking, maybe timing is off.
Switch the coil wires (green & black) for the ignition. Swap the green and black wires to the coils, and try to start her.

Compressed air seems to go through all of the pilot passages. Plugs are dry and clean. (replaced with new).
