tk27 needle replacement was created by khungerf
so... looking to find replacement parts for this obsolete carb.
Options;
K&L rebuild kit : problems; reviews say bowl gasket and jets are not good. no needles
Dyno Jet: No o-rings, no pilot jets (only main jest and an adjustable needle)
I have ordered the float bowl gasket, and can get all O rings from partzilla, I can get jets from Jets-R-Us ($9 - $12 each).
Are there any other needles (without spending $140 on dynojet) that will work in the TK27 carbs that have an adjustable clip?
Thanks,
Lee

I would think the TK26 needles would work and they have clip positions.
Anybody know?

TK26 (H Model) and TK27 (A Model) have different vacuum slides, and vacuum slide needles. Not interchangeable. The Dynojet Kits also do not use the same slide needles.

This confuses me a little (not always that hard to do) as the dynojet does not appear to have a different slide, only a replacement needle. I am getting that from the parts list on the .pdf that comes with it.
I may have to play with some different needle shapes and/or use washers to adjust the needle.
