To start- what carbs do you have on it? Vm mechanical or cv vacuum?

I'm pretty new myself, but here's what i would say based on what I've learned.

First off, what carbs do you have? If you have the service manual for your bike (you can usually find it online) it will usually tell you what carbs it has. Also, if you disassemble your carbs, there is actually the size of the jets "imprinted" on them. If you are adding pods, there's a good chance you'll need to increase the main jet by at least 1 size.

Sorry for the delay. I was away.

Here what i figured out so far.

Was running on 3 so i change the plugs and used 120 ml of seafoam to degonk the sleeping cylinder thinking of a quick fix( i know im lazy...but my knowledge are limited here). It work like a rocket for a whole gas tank then something happened. It started but when i gave gas it stall...once. twice. Three time then never started again. ???!!!??? Somebody got a clue for me?

Jetting part is main: 102.5 and pilote are 15
Mikuni vm24

I know i have to go bigger...but how big?

Check out my project post, all my carb info is there. My 650 is bored out to a 720, has a 4-1 exhaust, pod filters, and stage 3 dyna jet kit. Main jet is the largest in the kit- 122.5 I think. Needle is on the 3rd clip from bottom I believe. Pilots are 17.5, turned out 2-2.25 turns. This could be a rough start for you. If it stalled like that, chances are it's not fueling enough on the pilot circuit, so upping to a 17.5 would be a good start.

Also- if you want the bike to run properly with pods- invest in a ColourTune unit to tune the pilot circuit dead on, and a vacuum tool to synch the carbs up. You'll chase your tail forever if you don't have the proper tools with pods. Trust me, I did.
