what carbs are these and how do I sync them?

I got them all in sync no problem. And yes I made sure the caps and gaskets were in place. I bench synced them first with the overall idle adjust screw in a couple more turns. Then very little touch up once I got them installed. The bike runs strong again.

Thanks for the offer to trade carbs but I have the 34's that came off it.
