82 1100 d2 over flowing

I just picked up an 82 1100 spetra D1 i think. m trying to get the carbs to stop leaking
It has new
Floats
Needles n seats
All new jet's and o rings. They all leak from a jet that is i a hole on the air box side on the rite hand side bottom if your looking at the carbs there should be a pic attached with the holea circled i have adjusted the floats to many different hights and nothing is workin any help whould be great
