synchronizing using vacuum gauge
17 May 2016 17:44
Okay guys moved on to sync the carbs on both bikes. I've ordered a vacuum gauge and hooked them up. Fired her up and the gauges are all over the place, I can't get a reading on how much they are pulling because the gauges wont Stay still, either spinning around or fluttering up and down. Can't tell its happening too fast.

Are they that out of sync? Or is something else going on? (vacuum leak or anything)

Pics of the gauges? You may need restrictors. Where did you get them?

That was exactly the problem, tighten the damper screws that came with it.. Now they are less fluttery
