I have a manifold from 11th hour industries. I wouldn't recommend going that route unless you want to jet carbs. That is its own set of problems. Do you have the snorkel piece that attaches the filter to the airbox? Number 11012 in the diagram?

no i just have the main air box. the top part i do not have. if i have to jet i have to jet. im looking for the easiest most reliable way to get the bikes in running shape. jesus 150 bucks. id just as soon make my own.

They are hard to find for some reason, but eBay is your best bet to try and find one. if you do a search there was a guy who put a tutorial up on how to make a manifold yourself for the 440.

Yes, it's very detrimental, especially on KZ440's, and will most likely turn your dream into a nightmare.

Also the 2 into 1 conversions will lose power all thru the powerband
compaired to a properly tuned dual carb setup.
