I still have a question. My bike is a kz550h2 put first 4 new intake boots and then on the original TK 26 carbs i mounted 4 foam pod filters. The bike is running GREAT! Fantastic.
In order to be a bit richer, i swapped the stock 96 main jets with the 114# of the zx550 A1.
It is good? I was thinking about some problems, are the 114 way too big? The bike is running good....
Advice please :)

If it's running good, then checking your spark plug color would be the first step to see how the mixture is holding up in real world riding.

They seems good. I have no pic at the moment.
My question is if generally, for a stock engine change from 96 to 114 ma in jets can be a problem..

Once into he 80's most bikes were set up weak from the factory so with Pods as well it's likely you would need to go bigger on the jets. It's better to be too rich than too weak. There are so many other factors involved in correct tuning including altitude, fuel type, which Pods you have and perhaps even individual bikes that it's very hard to advise from a distance.

To check the main jet you need to ride at speed for a good distance with probably 3/4 throttle at least and then kill the engine and pull over so you can check the plug color. Doing it any other way will give mixed readings because the other jets, such as the pilot jet will come in to play confusing the "reading" You need a good straight road where you can ride for several miles at speed having started with new or clean plugs to really see what's going on.
