KZ440 Air filter case problem

Would anyone know of a good fix for a worn out seal on the air filter case for a KZ440? Here is a photo of the part:

If youre talking about the foam strip around the edge,you could probably just clean it off and put a new one on. You can buy it at any hardware shop.Its used for sealing widows and doors and its very cheap.
If youre talking about something else,then,sorry,I dont know.

clean it off and apply some closed cell foam insulation. You can get it at the hardware store. You may need to use additional adhesive..
