81/82 KZ400 Carburetor Help.

Hi. I need help to find sites that sell parts for my carburetors (keihin). On ebay I can only find diapragms and carburetor sets up to 79` I have a KZ400 that is first time registered in Norway in feb.1982. I`m not shore if it`s a 81 or 82 model or if it`s a G1 or a G3. My engine number is K4E152431, so if I look at KZ400.com it seems like it`s a 79` G1, but my frame nr is K4-118723 who can fit with a 81` G3 if I look at KZ400. Might be that the engine have been changes of cause during almost 33-34 years. See added picks of numbers and carburetors. My engine has electronic starter. The bike is the one at my profile pic.

Kristian , check out www.kz400.com/WorkshopManFrameset-5.html there you find all KZ400 manuals. Look for the carb sections and compare. So far we know they are Kehin CV carbs. Now you just have to nail dimention. After that it will be easy to find spares as Kehin carbs where used on lots of bikes from all jap makers

Then it seems like the engines is from a 79 mod G1 and the frame is a 81 G3. As i have read different places. The B and the G engines are the same. The Carburetor seems to be a Keihin VB32. Can I then buy a rebuilding set as Long at it is for a bike with a VB32?

Am I right?
