need an expert

own a 81 kz1300. had a new carb kit put in it, but recently started having a problem of sputtering at high rpm. engine begins to die very rapidly. seems to get worse as the bike warms up. any suggestions?

Those symptoms point the finger at a coil.

Or someone forgot to tighten one or more main jets.
