82 750M CSR starting/running issues

My 750M was running really well for a few months(starting on 1st/2nd turn, running through rev range without hesitation and a good idle). I now go to start the bike and if it fires it may run for 5-10 seconds, start to bog and sputter then die. It will then not restart with the starter or the kickstarter. I don't understand why it isn't playing nice as I haven't changed or removed anything on the bike this summer. Any input would be helpful....

I should note that I get some response on full choke. Around 30 seconds of really rough idle then it dies.

Did the bike sit unused for any extended period (i.e. more than 2 weeks)? Ed

I bet the fuel is schmuckled.
