EDIT: I MISREAD THE INFO WHEN I BOUGHT THE FUEL SCREWS... THESE SCREWS WHERE FOR THE EARLY KZ1000

I just checked my invoice and the pilot screws are suppose to be the right one. Look at the needles.... Bended
Meaning they are too long?

What's up with those loose o-rings?

You can mess up the right scerws by screwing them in too far. As soon as you feel resistance, that's when you stop turning.

2001 KZ1000P (P20)

Happy camper here. Put in the fuel screws from the part bike I bought, reinstalled the tank, fuel, and ''vroooooooom''

NO MORE POPPING.

I just spoked to Jeff at Z1, he said he dosnt know how I found the fuel screws, but that they were for the early KZ1000, not for my KZ1100.

I actually wondered why the heck they where so difficult to screw in lol.... there was resistance as soon as I started screwing them in.
