Carb sync question

I understand hypothetically perfectly even would be best but when using mercury gauges on 4 cyl what is good enough? Also snapped the screw slot off of one of my screws trying to get it perfect with nut obviously to tight.. Would z1 sell these ? Or is ebay only source for screws ?

FSM says within 2cfm each for my 750...
1980 KZ750H LTD-- pods-- vance & hines 4-1 --speedo/tach/blinker/switch deletes -- brat style
