ZX7 1991 - Pilot Screws ?
30 Apr 2015 17:00 - 30 Apr 2015 17:47
Hi,
I'm cleaning my carbs and have removed the pilot screws...maybe also called the slow jet...
I'm re-installing but need to know what order the washer and rubber gasket go?
Is it:
Spring, metal washer, rubber gasket?
or
Spring, rubber gasket, metal washer?
The manual doesn't show a clear picture...of the sequence...
I'm going to install them like this: spring, washer, rubber gasket and hope it's correct.
Thanks,
Dave

The washer goes between the spring and rubber o-ring. Just remember to lightly seat the screw before turning it back out to the proper turn number. Don't crank it down.
