81 kz750e dynojet question was created by jcollins748891
Hey guys. Just started working on my kz again. I got the dynojet kit for it. I'm installing stage three. My issue is that in the instructions, it tells me to drill the hole on the slider. And the instructions only shows one hole. My slider has two holes. I have the keihen carbs. I believe the diagram in the instructions is for the mikuni. And yes I have the right jet kit for my carbs. I can post pics later. I'm currently working right now. But any ideas? Do I drill both? Or leave them alone? Drill one? Thanks!

You drill the hole at the bottom of the slide not the one on the side of it.

This may be a wild question but are the carbs you have the correct carbs for the bike? Is unlikely but possible someone swapped them in the last 34 years.

And the stock carbs I look up for the bike online are the same ones I have..so  and from what I see online the mikuni carbs have the slider shown in the diagram. I think it may be a miss print? But any who I still need to know if I need to still drill them out and to what bit size

Drill both, I just finished doing mine. The difference in size is minimal.
I'm waiting for a new throttle cable to complete the job.
