kz 440 carb

I have a 1980 kz 440 project, was wondering if anyone has done a 2 into 1 carb for one.? If so what carb did you end up going with, did you use just one stock one or is there a better aftermarket one?

I'm not a believer in the single carb mod. For an antique tractor, car etc...
it works because of the narrow powerband. A motorcycle with a range from
1000 rpm to 8000 rpm plus it doesn't. If you want to know some more

Yes the single carb mod has been done, the CV carbs on the 440's are really finicky and I don't blame people for trying to get rid of them.

This might help out a bit. I have a Kz440 I have been attempting a two into one with, but have had little luck, but I really haven't put the necessary time into it.
