Hi guys -
On my '81 GPz550 project, I'm going to bore it out for the 615cc kit, and I'm trying to figure out if the slide-needle TK22 or the newer TK27 CV carbs would flow more air for the project. If memory serves, the newer GPz550's really didn't go up much in terms of power with the CV carbs, but were less cold-blooded.
I've got a set of low-mile, tight TK22's, but I'd have to scrounge the TK27's.
Any suggestions?
