Would like to know if the throttle cable goes over or under the rubber donuts that the front of the fuel tank sets on. I presently have it under and when Im going slow maneuvering into my garage with the bars turned hard right or left the engine wants to rev up. I have the factory shop manual and it shows nothing as far as routing the throttle cable
