Idle Issues 83 Spectre 550

Hey there guys, I have a question for you idling experts. I have a 550 Spectre that will only start on full choke if its been sitting a while. To start I put it on full choke and I have to blip the throttle. After that it climbs to about 3500 rpm and sits there. I can let it sit like that for a few minutes and then back off the choke to half or quarter and it dies out unless I blip the throttle. After about 15- 20 mins of riding I can start the bike on zero choke just fine.

without doing a full carb tear apart everything looks decently clean. Are my jets clogged? Do I need to run some sea foam thru the tank?

Check your carb holder boots for vacuum leaks
