I would highly recommend anyone that buys the new Motion Pro carb sync tool to watch this before using. The directions are crap, this is much better, especially if youre used to the old Motion pro mercury stick which worked much easier. www.motionpro.com/motorcycle/...ro_carb_tuner/ Sure wish I could buy some mercury to refill my old one which fell and some of the stuff ran out. I did handle and dispose of it properly. I sure wish Id have seen this before using mine

What is crap about the instructions? There is a lot to read, but it is a different tool that the mercury, which was just a plug -n-play. I found that once you read the steps, and use the tool, it is easy to use the next time. I agree, the video helped me to understand much better.

Theres stuff in that video that isn't mentioned in the instructions especially if its the first time youre using it and are used to the mercury one. Like removing the long tubes for storage so the liquid doesn't evaporate plus other stuff I cant think of. Im just trying to help here bud not get into an argument. If you don't agree, that's fine with me.

There are tools that are great, so-so, and downright garbage, and I've had my share of tools and most work at least somewhat, so could be rated so-so. Then there are the garbage tools, the Chinese junk, the bottom of the barrel. The motion pro falls below bottom of the barrel, it's downright criminal that they continue to sell this $1.00 *tool* as I can't use the correct term, for $100. The Mercury stix worked, these are beyond comprehension in the junk tool list.
So they can't use mercury and use a liquid that evaporates in about 26 days, well that's not bad enough, they use restrictors that are in each line of like .003". You think .003" might get clogged? Oh no, .003" passageway will flow just fine. Right, mother flipping scum flippers, the tool is flipping shit, can't stress that enough, despite my mild mannered personality.

321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.

These work for me. I had a cheap set that weren't worth a dime, but these seem to do the trick. Best part was they were given to me by a friend after he bought a fuel injected bike. :) Ed
