Carb sync screws was created by nickleo373
Hey everyone
I just ordered some new carb holder boots to get rid of some vacuum leaks. I want to sync the carbs after I install the holders but I noticed the tiny screws on the top of my TK-22s are frozen in place. I've tried penetrating oil with no luck. Is there a way to free them up without completely destroying the carbs?

Small vice-grip, maybe.
The real problem is you probably don't have JIS screwdrivers. Get them before doing anything on the inside of the carbs, especially if you try topull out the flat-head screws that hold the thrttle arm to the throttle shaft. Those are notoriously tight. Don't use an impact driver on them.
