Gas flow was created by bromz
I have replaced my vaccum pet clock with a pinhole on res and off. Should my gas gush through the clear filter or just slightly trickle. I have semi kinked Hoses and should prob pick up a 90 degree filter to completely eliminate it. So gas flow pretty freely with gas on or just a trickle?

Turn your petcock to "Prime", and it should flow freely, if there is gas in the tank.

Yes ,kinked fuel lines will give you trouble, shorten them or try to re route them, or like you mentioned, get a 90 to alleviate any kinks

Yep. Gas will flow until bowls are full. I just picked up some nice fuel line from McMaster Carr. So far I like it a lot better than the automotive fuel line.

It also depends, on how restrictive your fuel filter is. A good place to buy a fuel filter for a motorcycle, would be a lawn mower shop, as most are gravity fed engines. I'd stay away from automobile fuel filters, as they usually require a fuel pump to work.

Even a slightly kinked fuel line will restrict flow. You do not need to buy a 90 degree filter. Just buy a 5/16" stainless steel elbow (see image below) and eliminate the kink. Some propane dealers sell them. Ed
