Hey guys,
Just rebuilt the carbs from my J2 and tossed them in my K2 (a running bike), and got nada. New jets, new float needles and valves, cleaned all the passages. I did the clear-tube test before I installed them, I've got clean fuel getting to all the carbs and the levels are close to optimal. I set the pilot screws at 2 1/2 turns from bottom on all 4 carbs as a starting point. I put the existing carbs back in and the bike runs, so there's definitely something wrong with the carbs, it would seem. Any thoughts?
