Nebr,that's pretty much what I had on my airbox...weird. I guess that light foam seal just broke down over the years and got sucked into the airfilter,lol.

I grabbed some #70 mains last night(only ones I could get from a friend,without having to order some),but haven't had a chance to put them in and reinstall the carbs and test-run.
We bought the bike,thinking the Warden would ride,but she changed her mind,so the bike sat,and I never got back to it until now...and it's been sold to a friend.
I'm sure these jets will make a difference.In a hurry,I installed a brand new battery,thinking that's all it needed.
I thought for sure it was fuel starvation,but the plugs say the opposite.
I'll keep you posted...and thanks for all the help so far,guys.
