On the throttle valve cutaway / slide, I ran 1.5

29 smoothbores on a mildly modified street machine.

120 to 125 main jet

# 20 Pilot Jets

# 0-4 or 0-6 Needle Jet

# 0.9 to 1.0 Air Jets

# 2.5 Needle & Set

* Float level heights, base of gasket to top of float 23.5 - 24.5mm

Mikuni manual says 0.020"-0.030". The actual opening when idling is set by the throttle stop so more important they're all set the same.
