Carbs leak causing vac leak 84 kz 700

The carbs on my KZ 700 leak vacuum leak every time I put them on the jets in the bike was 115and then one 110jet change to all 115 i've had these carbs off about four times and still cannot get them right and will not run at a low idel vac leaks
