Not an expert, but yes, you most likely will have to...Call Jeff at Z1...he recommended the carb parts to go with my new 4-1, and he seems to have nailed it!

If you also go individual air-pods...then absolutely...if you retain your stock airbox, possibly not.

On some quieter Kerkers, I've gotten by with stock jetting just fine, (but that was on 550's, not 750's).

Ive run the stock jetting on my GPZ750 with an RC Engineering 4-1 pipe for 32 years and it still runs great but it has 34 mm Cv carbs on it unlike yours {I think}

Depends on the baffle.

As stated above, changing to pods screws everything up and will require jetting and needle changes.
