What do you do with the bearings. Plug the hole? or just clean them and repack them. Or is there a way to remove them?

I can't imagine those bearings wearing out. Clean & lube seems like the right approach. Use something light for lubrication.

What I men`t to say was i`m going to ultra sonic clean them and was not sure about cooking the bearings. Did not know they had them and also did`nt know they have a vacum vent.

Those are needle bearings, are they in a cage or just loose in there?
If theyre in a cage you might try tapping on the edge of cage with a soft brass rod to see if they will move.
