kz 1000 police carb/ jet question.

I have a 97 police 1000. I sent carbs out to be cleaned in ultrasonic method.
they look good.
all the o rings are toast so I ordered kits.
I plan on using the o rings and gaskets and one piolet jets cause one of the originals is plugged and I cant get it cleaned out.
2 questions.....
The piolet jet in kit reads 37. Original reads 37.5
Its probably not ok to have one 37 rest 37.5? Should I order a 37.5 or switch all to the 37 's in kit?
opinions?

I did not remove needle jet for cleaning.
does it need to come out?
If so how do I get it out?
Thanks
dave

They are probably close to the same but Mikuni jets {37.5} are a lot more accurate then the ones that come in the kits. It will probably run Ok either way
