The whole intake and exhaust system is flow tuned. Getting it right is black magic. I wouldn't have a clue how to do it. I have read some stuff about it, but it's more art than science.Schmeck wrote: Can anyone explain to me the differences in using smaller diameter tubing vs larger tubing in an intake system . Also wondering if you were using larger tubing and put a small tube section in the middle to join the larger tubes, what effect would this cause ?
In general, narrowing the flow diameter increases flow velocity and creates a low pressure area. That's the basic principle of how a carburetor works (Bernoulli principle).

make any changes from stock. Your probably going to end up changing the pilot jet, slide,
main and needle. You'll need to do a search here on KZRider and other sights like do the ton
and chop cult etc...
