Why not get a set of stock 28's? For about $200 you can get a nice set and in my opinion way better then the 26's.

Biggest Bang for the $$$.
If you go much bigger, you should really make head and cam mods, with a header to get the gains of bigger carbs.

I've bored several sets of them . There is a trick to getting them to work. It's not that hard if you have the right equipment. I plan on doing a couple sets pretty soon. Also did a write up on here a while back.
