KZ 200 Can't drop idle - Keihin PW26

I'm working on my KZ200. Every time I start it up, it wants to race away up to 5K+ rpm. It seems like no amount of adjustment with the air screw or idle screw makes a difference. The compression is at 150 psi and the timing is good. Valves are in spec. Just set the float level on the carbs. Throttle cable is set right. I have a pod air filter. According to my manual the pilot is supposed to be a 38 and the main is a 105. I noticed my carb has a 42 pilot and 110 main. Is the larger pilot causing my problems? Any thoughts?

Check for intake leaks.

The intake boot looks good. It's pliable with no cracks.

I just got it. I had to set the idle screw all the way out where it's about to fall out. I didn't think i needed to adjust it that far out. I feel dumb. Starts on first kick and idles like a champ. Thanks.
