Help Float Hight!!! 1983 kz750f-1 shaft

Hi i have a 1983 kz750 f-1 shaft i have a book that says 21mm for the float hight im pretty sure there keihin cv34. iv also been told that its 18.6mm 21mm 14mm 26mm 32mm does anyone know actualy what the hight should be. please dont tell me to check the fule level because thats what they all say i just need to know what the mesurement should be i had them at 26mm and adjusted to 21mm is running pretty good but pipes are hot any help please thanks

I have83 spectre shaft with cv carbs and float height is 21mm.just read your other post.don't think float height would make run hot,but running lean would.do u have 4 to 1 exhaust or pods on it.that would make run lean and have to rejet carbs.

i have pods on it and when i switched i put a 132 main jet
