replacing jets 83' spectre

have 4 to 1 exhaust with k&n filter.when rejetting do I replace the main(primary)or main (secondary)or both?Keihin cv34 carbs.runs great until 7,000rpm's then just feels it's starving for fuel.thanks

The secondary main should be the larger of the two. You might need a magnifying glass to see the number stamped on it - either on the top or the side. Replacing that one had most impact when I played with carbs on my 1980 750/4. Not totally sure what jets are in the spectre carbs but thinking the principle should be the same
