Whats decent GAS MILAGE on KZ1100

Think I have carbs pretty much dialed in I have 60 miles down with more than a half tank to go (according to my guage anyway) Wondrin what might be decent milage,,,,,, 25 30 35 40 anyone with an 82 dinosaur?

I also have a 1982 KZ1100-B2 and you should be getting 40+ mpg. Any number of things could be impacting that number.

Ive never done 40, mostly middle to low 30's. If you drove at 45-50 mph and never higher and never stopped I think you could get 40. The higher mph eats more gas, 60-75.

I get roughly 120 miles to a tank. But as Mcdroid said I don't do a lot of high speed driving. And I could go further when I refill but I don't like to chance it

Items to check for increased gas mileage:
1. Tire pressure front and rear to maximum amount.
2. No dragging brake system parts.
3. Fresh, properly gapped sparkplugs.
4. Clean air filter.
5. Drive chain properly tensioned & lubed(if you have one), with no excessive "Tight Spots".
