The carb on my KZ200 is leaking from the overflow tube. Anybody know the float height on a '78 KZ200? I will obviously adjust it down until it stops flooding over, but was wondering if anyone had the actual spec. I have the manual but didn't see it listed. Maybe I missed it. Thanks!! I'll do the clear tube test tomorrow.

The spark plug is carbon fouling.

The info is probably in the manual. Usually there's a service fuel level check & also a float height measurement. The float measurement doesn't necessarily translate into a correct fuel level.

Thanks, Martin. I'll look in the manual again. I know it won't be perfect, I just wanted the spec so I can get close and then adjust from there.

Found the float height. 29.5 +/- 1 mm. Service level is 5 +/- 1 mm.
