1976 kz750 twin carb linkage

hey guys so i finally last week had a chance to tear into my kz750 (different location then i) and after pulling the carbs off to clean them i looked and the linkage between the two is gone....which kawi no longer sells...is there a linkage off another carb that fits? i jimmy rigged it to start it up but id rather be proper before it touches the road

If not already done, would Google the part number.

yeah ed its number 70 on the pats fiche an the part number is 16046008

ive looked and havent found any yet, a couple of sites say they have them then you order and they say they dont have any in stock

That is a tough part to find! I found 1 in Sweden at link below. Supposedly they only show a shopping cart and price next to parts they have in inventory, but you may want to email them to make sure they have it. The cost is 230 Swedish Krona which is about $35.
