carb rebuild

78 650 cleaned and installed rebuild kits in carbs set air screws at 2 turns out replaced carbs on bike would not idle with out choke set screws at 1/2 turn and bike idles but rough also stalls when given gas heating up fast also. checked compression all between 125- 130 spark is orange yellow help

Sounds like they are still clogged, define what "cleaning" means to you. I have had numerous people hand me carbs that they said they had "cleaned" when in fact all they did was take the carbs apart and spray carb cleaner all over the inside of the float bowls, install the rebuild kits and put them back together. That is not cleaning, cleaning is insuring ALL the internal small passegeways are cear and clean. It takes me about 1/2 day to clean a rack of carbs properly.

soaked in carb cleaner over nite checked idle curcuit with procedure from this site i did mix carb parts new at this guess i need to clean better
