OK...So the last guy to have these appart flattened the screwdriver groove in them, and now I can't get them out.It runs good, but I'd like to put in the larger size that came with the rebuild kits, because of the GPZ cams and 1136 kit.Any ideas other than taking them to the machine shop and having them try to extract them?

:pinch: as a last resort I've drilled the pilots so I could use a very small ez out to remove them :pinch: of course they are ruined from drilling.......

If you can find a reverse drill bit that small try putting it in a tap holder from a tap & die set and heat the area up that the pilot jet screws into and try to turn it out by hand. If you can find a small enough EZ-out try the same thing. Nothing to lose, its no good like it is.
