Hi I need to rebuild my carbs I olny found an o ring and not a gasket do I need a gasket for a rebuild? Or is there a gasket for it also looking for valve cove gasket. When I bought it all the carbs and valve cove has liquid gasket I need to get that shit off and work on a couple things thanks.

Looking at the diagram on Kawasaki.com it appears that all the carb o-rings are still available, so any dealer can get them for you. I didn't see anything marked as a gasket. Ed

ok thanks i thought it showed an oring and a gasket in the book but might have been 2 different carbs

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationYou can by rebuild kits for your carbs pretty reasonable.

If you are going to rebuild the carbs,get a set of Stainless Steel Allen bolts (socket head cap screws)for the covers and bowles.TRUST me on this one.AND use a little High Vacuum Grease on the bowl O-Ring to hold in place in the bowl groove.Life will be SOOOOOO much easier for you. And throw in a set of 132 Main jets.Make it go faster!! :woohoo:

Cool thanks also got a set of 54mm ari filters I know they'll for on the cb750 I'm working on will they fit on the kz750 if not no big deal still waiting for them to get here
