Trying to get my Dads 81 KZ750E running after it has been sitting for over a decade. Gave him my Kerker for fathers day to try and get him into working on it. No luck.

Last time he touched it was when he disassembled the carbs to rebuild them he ran into this problem:

The jets are frozen into place from sitting in old gas/lacker for so long. Any way to get those out without having to send then out to some place??

You might try boiling them in water to soften the varnish/lacquer.
