I'm sure there is something I'm missing. I cleaned the carbs(multiple times), rejetted the carbs #40 pilots,#122.5 mains with air pods, all vacuum lines squared away, but I just can't figure what I'm missing. I am missing one screw from my bowl. Could this create an air leak that I'm not aware of. With no motor work done, meaning all stock. Is there other options for different carbs to run?

What exactly is the problem? And no the missing bowl screw will not give you a vacume leak.

This is for an '83 Gpz 750 right? Running pods on a cv type carb like your BS34's, albeit not impossible, will be a challenge. Your factory main would have been a #110 and the pilot jet a #37.5. Is this correct? So, you've upped both of them. Like baldy said, what is the issue?

The bike starts and runs with the choke on. As soon as I hit the throttle or turn the choke off it dies. It was doing this before, so I soaked them in pine sol. When I put them back on it got a little better,so i soaked them again... Now this.

That info helps a lot, your carbs are still dirty. Those symptoms are classic for dirty carbs. Take them back off and throughly clean them, pay particular attention the small passegeways in the carb body. Make sure all those passegeways are clear, simply soaking them will not work. After soaking them I always followup with carb cleaner and make sure the cleaner goes through all the passegeways. I then follow up with compressed air. Anytime an engine only runs with choke the carbs are usually clogged up.

There is a hidden passage way between the hole where the main jet goes over to to where the idle mixture screw is. It caused me to take my carbs off 4 times before I sawed an old carb in half & found it. This will cause the bike to run reved up it have a dead cyl on the carb with that plugged up idling. You can fish a piece of guitar string thru there to clean it out. I have a whole assortment of different size guitar strings from .012 to .017 for that purpose I bought for under $10. Do you have the rubber or metal caps on the pilot jet hole installed ? I hope some of this helps.
